Explore Vocantis
A journey of self-discovery so that every teenager can discover what makes them unique.
This is Vocantis’s introductory program, designed for teenagers who need to look inward and discover who they are. Over the course of five personalized sessions, we work with the teenager and their family to explore their background, motivations, talents, and learning styles.
The process includes a family interview, the Genotype assessment, and a final feedback session that provides a clear overview of strengths, interests, and opportunities for growth.
Importance: Without self-awareness, there is no direction. “Explore” lays the foundation for every teenager to set out on their journey with clarity and self-confidence.
Support Vocantis
Life Skills.
After discovering who they are, teenagers need to strengthen their internal resources. At Impulsa, we develop key social-emotional skills: assertive communication, emotion management, self-confidence, leadership, teamwork, creativity, and decision-making.
Through hands-on activities, personalized exercises, and opportunities for reflection, adolescents learn to manage their emotions and develop their skills to better relate to themselves and others.
Importance: A teenager may have talents, but without social-emotional skills, they will not be able to make the most of them. Impulsa provides the foundation that enables them to face challenges with resilience and confidence.
Vocantis Project
From Talents to Purpose: Designing Your Future.
Once a teenager has come to know themselves and strengthened their inner strengths, it’s time to think about the future. Proyecta turns self-discovery into action, helping students connect their interests, talents, and skills with potential academic, professional, or artistic paths.
In this program, we develop a Personalized Career Plan that includes areas of interest, potential study options, and strategies for making decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
Importance: Many teenagers make decisions about their future based on external pressure or confusion. Proyecta provides them with clear, personalized guidance to help them make decisions based on a solid understanding of who they are and what they want to build.
Beyond Vocantis
From the Self to the Impact: Building a Legacy.
The deepest level of the Vocantis process. Here, the teenager shifts from focusing on themselves to thinking about how to use their talents to make a positive impact on their community and the world.
At Trasciende, we focus on values, life purpose, and social commitment. Each teenager designs a Personal Impact Project, which can take the form of volunteer work or social, environmental, cultural, or academic initiatives.
Importance: Transcendence connects adolescents to the deepest meaning of their existence, teaching them that their talents are not just for themselves, but also to leave a mark on others and on the world.
