Vocantis Manifesto

At Vocantis, we believe that a vocation is not imposed from the outside.

It is revealed when a young person is able to look within, to recognize their true self

and start building a future that has meaning.

Vocantis

About Us

Vocantis was born from the dream of professionals committed to guiding young people toward a life of purpose. Our approach integrates career guidance with human development, psychology, and personal growth.

Mission

At Vocantis, we guide young people and families in discovering their talents, values, and innate abilities, using the Genotype tool and drawing on psychological, human development, and deconstructive educational frameworks. Our goal is to provide experiences that strengthen self-awareness, a sense of agency, and conscious decision-making.

Vision

To be a leader in the U.S. and Latin America in comprehensive vocational development programs, transforming lives and communities.

Founders

Vocantis was born out of our experience as mothers, professionals, and women committed to educational transformation. We believe that every teenager deserves to discover their true self and design a meaningful life plan.

Diana Barrios

Founder

My name is Diana Barrios. I was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and I’ve always been passionate about the humanities. I studied Political Science and International Relations, but my path led me to education, a field in which I’ve been working for more than 15 years.

I have worked as a teacher, research director, and career counseling advisor. I currently live in the United States and work for the Houston School District as a Career Exploration Coordinator.

I believe that innate abilities are the roadmap to one's life purpose. My mission is to guide teenagers in recognizing these abilities and envisioning a future that is consistent with who they truly are.

Leydy Gomez

Founder

My name is Leydy Gómez. I am a psychologist and neuropedagogue with training in childhood and adult trauma. I have helped develop educational projects with a focus on human development.

My experience as a mother led me to question the educational system and to realize that childhood and adolescence are key stages in the development of identity.

Through Vocantis, I aim to provide a space where teenagers can discover who they are, explore their talents, and build an authentic and meaningful future.
